Honeysuckle Cottage is the last property on the far right as you enter the grass courtyard via an arched gate.

The front door opens into a carpeted lounge which has a sofa plus two occasional chairs to adequately seat four people. There is a DVD player, smart TV with access to streaming channels. Wifi

In the lounge there is a butterfly folding table which opens up to comfortably seat 4 people. There are board games for guests to use. The property has full central heating for spring and autumn months.

From the lounge there is a well equipped small kitchen, with a fridge (no freezer), a fully functional oven and microwave. Ceramic hob, kettle and all the utensils you will require for cooking and dining in.

The recently renovated bathroom is accessed from the lounge which has a shower cubicle and shaver point. Bath towels are provided.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed that can be converted into two small single beds, the other bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have integral cupboards with shelving and hanging space. The rear bedroom overlooks the BBQ area and garden with countryside view across the North Devon farmland. The front bedroom, overlooks the front courtyard with views across the countryside and the North Devon coast is in the distant. Linen is provided.

Immediately outside the property is a courtyard with a patio set for guests to use for alfresco drinks and dining. To the rear of the property is another garden where there is a metal table and chairs and BBQ area. To the right of the tennis court there are further large communal gardens with ample space to play games, picnic or simply relax. One of the barns is used as a games room, perfect for a rainy day!

Within the grounds is a tennis court (bring your own rackets and balls)

For cyclists, there’s a bike an anchor point tucked away around the back of the cottage. Just need to bring own chain.

There is a free car park

One dog welcome or two small/ medium dogs when occupancy is two people. Large enclosed dog exercise field within the grounds.

There are laundry facilities onsite at extra cost.
